I was born in the Philippines and raised outside Philadelphia. I’m currently a senior reporter on Eater’s National team, covering trends in restaurants, home cooking, and online food culture. I like thinking about what we eat and why.
Previously, I was an associate print editor at Bon Appétit and a staff writer at Vice’s Munchies. I’ve fixed bicycles, decorated cakes, and managed an ice cream shop. You might also know me as @crispyegg420.
